We started in the reservation of Pine Ridge SD, 8 years ago, and now operate in Rapid City, SD since June of 2025. Crafting crosses helped finance ministries for years on the reservations in the nonprofit realm, but now are being offered for sale to the public through our LLC. We still support nonprofits and host events to raise funds for these efforts. but now we are focused on streamlining the manufacturing, so every home has a cross.

The Cedar Wood is ideal for outdoor hanging, but the pine is not. Recommendation is to seal the back of the cross with semi gloss polyurethane spray from local hardware store to prevent moisture to mold on wood.

Local wood from around the Black Hills of South Dakota. The main species of wood material comes from eastern red cedar, blued stained pine, black walnut, elm, ash, mulberry, and spruce.

Each Wall Cross typically comes in 3 sizes (small, medium, and large). Cedar of other woods, except pine are a single cut cross on one piece of wood. The Pine is made of two slabs that are tacked and glued with ornament.

What viewers see on the website is what inventory is completely finished. For the most part, we typically have or can order standby ornaments to be applied immediately to wood, in case the customer wants different type of wood for mount. Customer must email request to frackingright@gmail.com
We do not do Custom Work for regular wall crosses, only for large project requests or contracts. (ex. church crosses, etc.)

The only reason for return on item would be that the item was broken in shipment. All items are handcrafted by our artisans and we are not responsible for one’s perspective of flaws on such a unique handcrafted piece of art.
